The Director of Solutions Strategy & Marketing for Infor's Intelligent Supply Chain is responsible for the vision and go to market strategy for the Infor GT Nexus platform and intelligence solutions including the GT Nexus Platform, business intelligence and Control Center, an advanced supply chain network visualization and intelligence solution that enables companies to more proactively manage their supply chains.

This is a high-profile role that works closely and collaboratively with Product Management, Sales, Marketing and others within the organization to ensure the alignment and the success of the go to market plan. This position reports to the VP of Solutions Strategy & Marketing for Infor Supply Chain and is a highly diverse and strategic role for those who like to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the evangelist and subject matter expert on Infor's GT Nexus Control Center, supply chain analytics and intelligence solutions

• Attend and speak at industry and internal events, client meetings, analyst and mediate briefings

• Develop clear and compelling messaging that uniquely positions Infor products and solutions

• Perform strategic market analysis including conducting market research, conducting win/loss interviews, working with customers, prospects, partners, industry analysts and influencers

• Create sales content and train and educate the sales team. Such content includes presentations, messaging and positioning guides, competitive insight, market research, etc.

• Demonstrate thought leadership by creating content such as whitepapers and blogs, engaging with analysts and attending industry councils

• Work with corporate marketing to execute marketing plans around lead generation, awareness, and sales enablement

• Conduct sales training and participate in sales engagements to ensure successful messaging and positioning of Infor solutions

• Evangelize Infor positioning in the market with key influencers including analysts, press and other industry leaders

• Work closely with Product Management to communicate market requirements and competitive intelligence and stay in-tune with the roadmaps of those products supporting the solution

• Gather and maintain intelligence about key competitors and develop messaging on how to successfully compete against them

• Communicate business performance updates of the supply chain solutions including pipeline and customer health


• Entrepreneurial and innovative leader with a strategic mindset

• 10+ years Product, Solutions or Industry Strategy and Marketing experience

• Industry expert in the supply chain, including: supply chain planning, S&OP, integrated business planning, manufacturing, and procurement

• Knowledgeable in technology, experience with Enterprise software, Cloud, SaaS and B2B Networks, Business Intelligence and Artificial Intelligence a plus

• Strong history of leading and executing solutions marketing strategies and plans including building a market-driven business case, creating compelling messaging materials, developing and executing marketing and launch plans

• Excellent presentation development and delivery skills

• Experience in public speaking and working with press and analysts

• Ability to translate complex problems and solutions into simple, intuitive and compelling marketing and sales materials

• Trained, versed, and a practitioner in product and solution marketing methodologies

• Ability to travel up between 25% and 40%

• BS/BA degree equivalent required; MS/MBA preferred
