The Process Improvement Leader works closely with the Executive Team and Servicing Managing Directors to identify, research, and analyze potential areas of improvement; leads development, testing, and implementation, and measurement of innovative solutions that materially impact the organization’s performance; builds relationships across the enterprise and secures buy-in and adoption of change efforts

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvements to ensure performance aligns with organizational expectations and regulatory requirements
  • Provide awareness of as well as solutions to complex business issues
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to support the development and implementation of Process Improvement Initiatives
  • Drive a performance management culture by mobilizing and developing staff at all levels
  • Plan, allocate and manage financialbudgets by anticipating expenditures, accurately forecasting resource needs/costs and properly accounting for expenses
  • Foster a values-based environment by modeling culture expectations
  • Oversee assigned staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, guiding, and correcting employee performance

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Master’s degreepreferred in Finance, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of responsible leadership experiences in management or supervisory positions
  • In-depth knowledge of and experience with process improvement and performance management methodologies (e.g. 6Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Business Process Engineering)
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational management skills
