The position of Director, Sales Training is responsible for developing TransPerfect’s educational process, promoting knowledge management, and instituting effective training strategies that will drive revenue and help the sales force become more efficient.
- Work closely with senior sales and marketing executives to identify opportunities for skill advancement
- Develop and maintain a budget
- Create, design, develop and assess training programs that bridge metrics, analytics, process, and technology.
- Understand TransPerfect’s family of companies, business units, service offerings, and technology solutions
- Manage the corporate onboarding program, including new hire orientation as well as the development of LMS tools to help managers successfully onboard new employees.
- Coach and inspire sales associates to deliver better results.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Bachelor’s degreerequired
- Advanced education in business or education preferred
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience in sales training
- Experience leading a learning and development program, and working with a global sales team required
