Seeking a Director Sales for a fast-growing healthcare software and consulting services company with over 7,000 employees. This individual will have experience in revenue cycle management solutions and selling to the C-suite in hospitals.
The Director Sales is an individual contributor sales role leveraging extensive knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle, managing a large portfolio of 100+ solutions for front, middle and back-end revenue cycle management solutions. The goal is to achieve sales and revenue growth for a given multi-state geographic territory, with travel expectations in the 40-50% range and working remotely.
Develop deep knowledge of revenue cycle management products and services, becoming subject matter expert to prospects and clients. Continually conduct market and competitive research, building strategic prospecting plans. Engage with hospital C-suite to develop relationships. Leverage ValueSelling approach to understand client business issues and associated problems. Identify clients that are Patient to Payment outsourcing targets. Participate in renewals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Provide reporting and forecasting.
5+ years of direct salesexperience with at least 3+ years of recent experience selling complex, large-scale solutions in front, middle or back end revenue cycle to hospital executives, including C-suite OR 10 years experience in revenue cycle consulting. Bachelors degree.
