Job Purpose: To lead the sales and sales related functions for the Region of CCH Tagetik NA. Software sales, Pre-sales, Sales Marketing, Customer Success are direct lines of responsibility, while also contributing as a leader to achieve and/or exceed company agreed to targets, priorities and goals.

Responsibilities:

Primary:

  • Lead the sales marketing teams for CCH Tagetik NA
  • Own, drive, and execute the sales growth strategy for CCH Tagetik NA
  • Act with urgency, integrity, passion and be a role model, coach and mentor
  • Overall responsibility for account management, new sales functions, inside sales and sales marketing
  • Must represent CCH Tagetik NA solutions, platform and products to current and prospective significant accounts to help close new license sales within current accounts, as well as with new logos/companies
  • Identify prospects and develop opportunities for CCH Tagetik NA licence sales and professional services upsells
  • Ability to deal, influence and negotiate with senior/executive management at corporations, especially the office of the CFO
  • Must be able to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of sales and sales leadership, preferably within a software or SaaS environment
  • Provide implementation consulting in partnership with CCH CCH Tagetik NA Professional Services and Technology Implementation groups
  • Create and maintain positive client relationships within the CCH CCH Tagetik NA network through F2F and other interactions
  • Work with clients to ensure CCH Tagetik NA continues to support ongoing and anticipate future needs
  • Maintain accurate and up to date client records of all sales activity for the NA Region
  • Work with the marketing team to create campaigns appropriate for Regional market conditions
  • Represent CCH Tagetik NA at trade association meetings and exhibitions to promote our capabilities with expertise on the marketplaceAdditional:
  • Maintain good working relationship across all CCH Tagetik business groups
  • Continue product/industry knowledge growth and act as the internal voice of the customerExperience:
  • Advanced knowledge of Finance and the office of the CFO
  • Strong understanding of technology, software applications and leading software sales organizations
  • Ability to continuously manage a sales pipeline and multiple projects/clients
  • Effective organisation skills and team player
  • Must be responsible for ensuring proper, timely and accurate responses to RFIs and RFPsDesired:
  • Experience of working within the office of the CFO and familiarity with related software systems
  • Experience at influencing the terms of a prospect's RFI/RFP before it is published – being an "insider"Personal Attributes:

  • Flexible in travel commitments
  • Strong communication skills with a consultative focus to engage audiences in presentations
  • Ability to adjust easily to changing or unexpected demands and changing priorities
  • Must be computer literate and learn to effectively and appropriately communicate technical jargon
  • Fluency in a European language may be an advantage
  • Required Education Level:
  • University Degree
  • Finance and/or Accounting designation an advantage
