The primary purpose of this role is to direct the efforts of direct reports to achieve goals of Sales Operations team and help business achieve bookings and revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Primary interface between Sales and Marketing for G2M Strategy
    o Pricing Bundles
    o Process Improvement
    o G2M Campaigns
  • Sales Contests/ Incentives
  • Primary lead from Sales on Finance
    o ITC Revenue Reporting
    o Forecast accuracy
  • Assist in budget build and quota allocation for yearly comp plandistribution
  • Whitespace Management
    o SFDC Data Integrity
  • Sales SharePoint (kept up to date) – For Ambulatory
  • Handle escalations from sales and sales management
  • Find opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure company interests are represented in sales approach
  • Develop and refine processes to better serve sales, sales management, and the business.
  • Identify and recruit internal/external talents to ensure effective mix of competencies
  • Induct new joiners in order to quickly maximize performance
  • Set and communicate team/individual objectives and KPI to inspire individuals to achieve high performance
  • Allocate work load to fully utilize every employee’s talent
  • Implement development plans and coach for individuals to reach their maximum talent
  • Provide regular constructive feedback on performance/development and address poor/mediocre performance on a timely manner
  • Recognize high performers to maintain motivation and retain key talent
  • Regularly communicate on company news and team progress against business plan
  • Create team spirit

Qualifications

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent training in business or sales management
  • Advanced degreepreferred

Experience:

  • Typically requires 12+ years of experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a management (leadership) position

Travel Requirements:

  • Overnight, out of town travelrequired

Working Arrangements:

  • Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
  • Substantial time is spent working on a computer and on the phone
