In this role, you have the opportunity to

Be the first to help start up our brand new location in Nashville. Represent the Campaign Management organization for North America Health Systems in Philips global forums. Provide coaching/direction regarding planning, execution and effectiveness (ROI) of various campaigns to each of the business teams.  Participate in the definition, development and deployment of SFDC for North America and global markets as requested. Drive continuous improvement to meet and exceed metrics.

You are responsible for

  • Drive North America Healthcare revenue leading through Downstream Marketing efforts for Health Systems Solutions including Ultrasound, Monitoring, Diagnostic imaging, Image Guided Therapy and Therapeutic Care
  • Team with Marketing Directors and Field Marketing Managers to develop and execute marketing programs to support the stated business goals
  • Identify and drive changes in the CRM (SF.com) in support of our Marketing Intelligence
  • Drive Customer Service excellence to support revenue and operational goals
  • Leverage cross- functional capabilities in the drive to achieve goals
  • Develop, execute and present plans, initiatives and quarterly metrics to Senior Management

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or related Healthcare field, Master’s Degreedesired, or equivalent combination of education and business experience
  • Minimum of 8years of sales and/or marketingexperience with a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated talent in recruiting, developing, motivating and retaining a high output team in a fast paced environment
  • Strong and involved leadership style with a demonstrated ability to interface across business teams
  • Managerial skills required in planning, directing and evaluating the work of direct and indirect employees
  • Strong project and time management skills required to effectively manage a large organization comprised of several teams while also managing an extensive Direct Marketing and Lead Generation project schedule
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of value selling, lead generation and literature fulfillment process
  • CRM knowledge and Call Center Management experiencedesired
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate within all levels of the organization.
