General Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced leader to join our WW Health Solutions team in a leadership capacity. You’ll have a unique opportunity to shape WW Health Solutions growth across multiple sales verticals. You’ll be involved in every aspect of our commercial process: leading and managing a team of direct sales reports, driving the strategic process for our enterprise level prospects, expanding relationships to drive long term growth, identifying key process improvements, and being a key contributor to the organization's long term growth goals. You'll have visibility into the WW Health Solutions organization, work side-by-side with our extended leadership team and help shape commercial strategy sessions in concert with the VP of Sales – Health Solutions.
This individual will also serve, as needed, as the senior sales specialist on high value, strategic corporate business leads. This position plays a key advisor role to the VP Sales – WWHS, in helping devise sales strategies and trainings to maximize sales team impact. Reporting to the VP Sales – Health Solutions, day to day functions involve working closely with sales, account management, operations and various other internal/external partners. Travel will be required up to approximately 50%. Flexible working conditions may include office settings or working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and a manage a team of direct reports, including hiring, onboarding, training, and talent development.
Work with Sales, Business Development, Operations, Customer Success & Marketing to manage a healthy pipeline of employer clients in your team.
Identify key, strategic, and complex opportunities within employer partners and collaborate with cross functional team members to bring them to fruition
Collaborate with legal on contract negotiation & signature
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure successful implementation of our program, as well as renewals / upsells (as needed)
Contribute to product roadmap by feeding back the customer's voice
Serve as the senior sales team lead on high value, strategic prospective employer clients, as defined by executive leadership team
Serve as a sales subject matter expert for current state business and strategy
Develops trusted relationships with WWHS extended team members, in order to foster communication ultimately leading to departmental success

Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree and 10-15 years sales experience
Healthcare/Wellness experience required
3-4 years experience in building and leading/managing sales teams
Background in managing large, Fortune 500 level partnerships, with a track record of managing complex deals with a long sales-cycle
History of consistently attaining / exceeding quota
Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills
Comfortable working with the ambiguity of a fast-paced, startup like organization - ability to innovate, and solve problems creatively
Ability to manage multiple, high priority/high visibility projects simultaneously, in an organized and timely fashion
Desire to learn, grow, develop, and eventually mentor team members
Exceptional computer skills (Microsoft Office, G-Suite, CRM)
Have a sense of humor and like to have fun. We work hard, but we laugh a lot too
