We are seeking a seasoned Director to join our Sales Finance & Business Operations team. This leadership opportunity is to support the Global SVP, Solution Consulting and the overall Solution Consulting (Pre-sales) Organization as a direct business partner. The preferred candidate will have experiencesupporting Sales, with a deep understanding of the sales cycle and quota setting, while proactively partnering with the business to aid decision making and provide overall business support.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Develop strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and business partners in the SC organization, including supporting monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Partner with the SC organization on business planning, strategy, and process improvement
  • Proactively drive the development and communication of annual expense budgets and monthly forecastingprocesses. Act as the program manager to understand requests/initiatives and expected outcomes to improve expense leverage
  • Manage the annual quota setting process for the SC organization; including influencing MBO’s, comp plan design, and ensuring alignment to direct sales/channel
  • Partner with the business to lead the development and reporting of key performance metrics to drive investments and resources to high ROI pre-sales activities
  • Establish a regular cadence of communication and review with the SVP, Solution Consulting and the leadership team; reviewing and highlighting areas of focus around pipeline, SC activities, HC, other
  • Work cross functionally with FP&A, Sales Operations, Commissions, and Sales Finance, to ensure alignment on metrics and reporting associated with the pre-sales organization
  • Contribute on other ad hoc responsibilities in support of overall sales finance and business operations
  • Manage and develop one analyst

Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of Finance / Sales Finance / Sales Operations experience
  • Bachelordegree in Business or Finance, MBApreferred
  • Prior experience with business partnering in a global capacity
  • People management experiencerequired
  • Highly analytical, fact driven, and process orientated
  • Experience driving results through extended and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Advanced experience in MS excel; Experience with Anaplan, Tableau, a plus.
