Provide leadership in building and executing pricing support services provided to independent wholesale customers to ensure accuracy, timeliness and overall customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's Degree (Required) Business Administration
or related field or equivalent combination of education or experience.
Ten years Pricing Analytics, Finance, Category Management or related experience.

Responsibilities and Essential Duties
Lead the development and execution of retail pricing strategies and data hosting processes to maximize revenue and achieve business goals. Work cross functionally with merchandising leadership to ensure alignment of pricing strategies with category management strategies and Company objectives.
Lead the pricing analytical team in gathering and validating competitive data to ensure the correct prices for the defined competitive position.
Oversee the analysis of promotional programs by evaluating the current pricing strategies, competitors pricing data, market and consumer insight information to measure program effectiveness and make pricing recommendations and offer changes. Develop and execute framework that effectively measures offers and pricing performance across customer segments, markets and products.
Direct and oversee the analysis of various pricing support solutions and partner with business unit leaders to establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue requirements.
Oversee the development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures relating to improved data integrity. Work cross functionally with IT, Merchandising, and Marketing to maintain compliance of data integrity.
Guide the pricing leadership team to improve the overall pricing management practices ensuring pricing guidelines exist for each format. Seek out ?best practices? within company and industry standards and apply most appropriate action.
Identify opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance retail pricing and data hosting software and work cross-functionally (i.e., Distribution, Shelf Technology, IT, Procurement, etc.) to implement improvements to meet company goals and objectives.
Participate in cross-functional business initiatives working with appropriate business units to align business strategies and communications of such initiatives.
Responsible for department management including staffing, training, performance management and career development of associates, and developing and monitoring department goals.
Maintain current knowledge of legal regulations, industry trends and best practices; make recommendations to improve current programs and processes and to ensure company legal compliance.
