What You Will Do:
The Director, Rehabilitation Nursing maintains 24-hour accountability and overall management for respective department. Reports action plans and outcomes to the appropriate management level and VP of Nursing. Retains signature authority for all budgeted expenses. Delegates to appropriate authority to purchase budgeted expense items. All other signature authority to be delineated by Vice President/Corporate Director. Serves as a resource to WMC and community on program/services. Has functional partnership with Director Winchester Medical Care Acute Care.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelors Nursing required
Master's degree in healthcare, business or related field required
One year acute rehabilitation leadership experience required
Five years healthcare/medical manager level experience in progressively responsible management role required
Working experience/knowledge of UDS/FIM scoring and interpretation required
Certification & Licensures
Licensed or eligible Registered Nurse in Virginia Required
CRRN required or obtain within one year of hire
FIM credential preferred
