Your Next Challenge

  • Work with VP to develop, maintain and communicate Sales Strategy Plan to team members.
  • Manage Sales Team
  • Consistent Team Meetings
  • Weekly One-on-Ones with all staff (Goal Setting, Funnel Review, Strategy)
  • Interview and hire new team members as required
  • Report and analyze Sales KPIs
  • Work with designated SDR to generate Sales Pipeline
  • Provide performance feedback to employees on a regular basis; assist in career development
  • Manage individual Performance Plans
  • Assist Sales Team on closing deals
  • Strategize with and assist territory aligned Account Managers in retention efforts
  • Ensure team is prospecting new accounts and opportunities with full territory coverage
  • Ensure team manages sales pipeline and forecast in the G5 CRM (Salesforce.com)
  • Maintain team quota per the G5 Bonus Compensation plan
  • Strategic planning to grow territory base
  • Attend Regional and National Trade Shows as required by management.
  • Be expected to be in the field when necessary to coach Sales Execs and close business
  • Exhibit proficiency in the demonstration of our solutions; expertise on our platform and services
  • Act as to be an expert in the industry (research, networking, etc.)
  • If working remote, the Director of Sales will visit the Bend office at least 2 weeks per quarter
  • Attain monthly and quarterly business goals as assigned
  • Facilitate the growth of the sales pipeline
  • Travel to client meetings with Account Management team
  • Consistently have an up-to-date Market Sales Plan as defined by the VP, Multifamily

What You'll Need:

  • 10+ years of sales/account management experience with a consistent record of over achievement.
  • 5+ years in sales leadership in technology companies
  • Track record of success in selling to B-to-B companies in the mid-large market segment
  • Experience with selling in a recurring revenue model and/or SaaS with annual spend of $100K-$5M
  • Demonstrated understanding of business finance
  • Experience selling Digital Marketing Software or Services including SEO, SEM and Web Design
  • Experience selling to real estate developers or property management companies
  • High energy and high activity
  • Great organizational skills
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, influence and problem solve
  • Complex selling experience
