We are looking for a quantitative expert to lead our research in our systematic trading and analytics platforms, coach our quant team to deliver relevant solutions, and help our clientsto navigatethe market! Responsibilities include conducting advanced quantitative research, developing models for our systematic trading and analytics platform, buildingand maintainingtrading infrastructure for equity and fixed income markets, and creating custom complex trading algorithms for clients

The Expertise and Skills You Bring 

• 10+ years of industry experience in systematic trading, predictive model development, algo optimization and transaction cost analysis 

• Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or other relevant quantitative discipline strongly preferred 

• Lead a diverse team of quantitative experts to create systematic trading solutions in collaboration with product and tech 

• Generate ideas and architect platform to integrate intelligence, optimize actions, enhance customization, and democratize workflow 

• Assess performance of retail execution, trading algorithms, and implement solutions to lower trading cost 

• Work closely with order flow management, electronic trading consultants, and desk strategists to engage clients 

• Hands on in conducting analysis and developing model for production 

• Experienced knowledge in Python and KDB/Q, and fluency in artificial intelligence and cloud architecture 

• Series 7, 24, 57 and 63
