The Franchise PSS Analytics, Data, and Effectiveness lead will set the strategic direction for an insights-driven analytics and research team that proactively helps drive performance and shape the future of Novartis Franchise and our Patient and Specialty Services organization.
In partnership with Franchise Heads, Patient Access Team and PSS Leadership, and working directly for the Executive Director for PSS Analytics, Data, and Effectiveness, this individual will take a leading role in shaping strategy and operational management of data management (internal and external) and analytics to support effective data review and end-to-end patient journey tracking and visualization across the Novartis Franchise Pharma portfolio.
