Job Summary:

The Director, Projects & Integration will support the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Walt Disney Company. This position requires a deep understanding of the organization’s internal structure and brands. The ideal candidate possesses strategic, analytical, interpersonal, communication, project management and team leadership skills.


  • Support theCFOwith facilitating the execution of the organizational priorities through coordination, communications and project management
    • Understand priorities, as well as short term strategies and lays out a project plan of how and when to tackle
    • Provide ongoing status updates, tracks work-streams and ensures progress is being made and deadlines are met
    • Conduct ad-hoc analysis (financial, strategic, operational) and advise the CFO with concise, specific recommendations
    • Dive deep into the businesses and financials, keeping a constant pulse on areas of opportunities and/or risks
    • Participates in organization’s continuing reassessment of its growth and operational efficiencies
  • Works effectively with other executives and team members throughout the Enterprise
    • Partners with internal business leaders in support of organizational priorities and projects
    • Conducts pulse checks deeper within the organization to understand needs and current challenges
  • Coordinates presentations and assists as necessary with Earnings, Analyst and Investor meetings and speaking engagements
    • Keep apprised of/plan future communication “events”, and work with others to pull together communication
    • Ensure all communication is delivered on time, accurate and in the tone and messaging that reflects the CFO
    • Work closely with HR and Internal communications to ensure the CFO’s priorities around people and leadership are represented
    • Travel as necessary to meetings and events, to provide advanced prep to ensure trips are productive and meet the business objectives

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive work experience
  • Previous experience in Finance, Strategy or related disciplines preferred
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and organization skills with the ability to drive projects to completion
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities
  • Demonstrates an enthusiasm for learning new technologies, tools, and procedures to address short term and long term challenges
  • Excellent analytical, diagnostic and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships, influence decisions, and drive results through internal partnerships
  • Expert project management skills with a track record of driving results: you are well-organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and adjust quickly to shifting priorities and ambiguity.
  • Demonstrates ability to maintain standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents
  • Must possess the ability to work effectively with all levels of management
  • Builds and maintains relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills in presenting complex information to technical and non-technical audiences
