Overview

Design, implement, manage and facilitate all aspects of the SCTx project management team to provide coordination and deployment of strategic planning/visioning and personnel development and management. Monitor and facilitate the integration of projects and their associated dependencies (tasks, people, money, issues, risks, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assure that program building strategies are successfully developed, implemented, executed and in meeting project deliverables and milestones met.

Requirements

Required Education/Experience:

-Minimum of 10 years of experience in the life sciences industry (e.g., pharma/biotech), with at least 6+ years of program management experience.

-Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated project or program management leadership experience.

-Advanced degree (MS, PhD,PharmD) in life science / relevant scientific discipline

-Project management and/ or business management certifications preferred

-Prior experience working in cell and gene therapy preferred
