Works with SunPower Sales team to understand customer financing needs and to develop appropriate project financing strategies. Prepares/analyzes project financial models for deeper understanding of project dynamics and for the preparation of financing solicitation material for financiers/investors. This role will focus on the Massachusetts, New England and eastern US markets and will require a strong understanding of the changing regulatory environment particularly in Massachusetts. Working with others in the Project Finance Group, the individual in this position will maintain and establish strong relationships with investor/financiers, bankers and other intermediaries to gain insights and to speed resolution of potential finance related issues. Lead the solicitation and execution of project finance transactions that satisfy the requirements of customers, investors and SunPower. Devote attention to financing trends and upcoming market changes to anticipate and develop new financing approaches.
Must have 5 years in finance, sales and people management experience.
