Polaris Alpha (EOIR Technologies) is seeking a Director / Program Manager to support ongoing EW and ISR system engineering programs in support research and development (R&D) efforts at one of the Army's premier R&D Centers of Excellence at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland. This position includes opportunities to influence Army next generation Electronic Warfare (EW), Radar, ISR systems and technologies.

Candidates must haveexperience with program/project management including technical performance oversight and monitoring,budgeting, planning,scheduling, andrisk management. The Director will also beresponsible for developing new programs, work and customers. Key tasks for Director include interfacing with government leadership, subcontractors,internal management,financial analyst and technical task leads to monitor, track andreport both technical andfinancial performance and status of the program. Prepare, analyze, track andreportbudgets, tasks, andschedules needed to meetcontractual/project requirements for assigned portions of a program or programs. Work in a team environment to ensure issues are resolved. Prepare and review statement of works, statusreports, project descriptions, technicalreports andcontract actions. Provides leadership, vision and direction for customer and company initiatives that support the company's business objectives and requirements.Responsiblefor both the sustainment and organic growth of assigned programs.

Required Skills

Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related technical discipline
Requires a minimum 15 years of experience managing government technical acquisition, systems engineering programs
Requires 15 years' experience managing the program's technical scope, schedule, budget and risk and developing program documentation and program schedules
Experience as an Engineer, Systems Engineer for EW, Radar, and C4ISR systems
Experience in leading multiple teams, managing relationships, and as a key contributor for technical proposal efforts
Experience in managing project/program budgets and financial planning including the review and providing input for Estimate-To-Complete, Funds and Man-hour Expenditure Reports, and other financial reports as appropriate to provide the status of funded projects
Experience managing all aspects of an ongoing EW and C4ISR program, including, planning, organizing, leading and controlling program activities
Effectively communicate and coordinate with leadership, US Government customers, contracting officer and contractors (Prime and Sub), to establish relationships to support.
