Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced individual to drive the Program Management Agenda for our Major Accounts, Manage Complex Programs to successful and timely deliver while maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will be required to visit customer premises as required.Key Responsibilities

  • Build and Deliver New Project/Program SOW, Costing, Schedules and Requirements
  • Manage and Mitigate Intra/Inter Project/Program Dependencies
  • Project/Program Planning, Staffing, Execution, and Delivery
  • Customer Change Request / Up scope Management
  • Project/Program Budget / Margin Management
  • Project/Program Revenue Forecasting
  • Manage Project/Program Demand Planning with Supply Chain and R&D
  • Proactively drive Communications internally and Externally with Customers
  • Manage and Maintain Account Operational and Program Priorities
  • Managing Engineering activities including solution design, software implementation and deployment at customer location
  • Work with customer system engineering organization and finalize the technical scope of the project
  • Perform the details design discussion with customer and create flow diagram for software design
  • Assist customer and internal teams in detailing out new features that need to be developed to meet customer requirements. Engage internally on technical and engineering details.
  • Prepare deployment architecture design and review with customer including operational aspects of managing the production systems
  • Deployment architecture includes capacity sizing/dimensioning of the product and how it integrates into current customer network elements.
  • Provide guidelines to deployment specification / guidelines for deployment team for execution of the HW and software rollout
  • Deployment specification and guidelines encompass the CIQ (Customer Information Questionnaire) which covers the physical installation/cabling, IP design and network integration across management OSS elements and signaling nodes.

Job Requirements

  • A four-year degree (bachelor's degree or the global equivalent) and at least three years of project management experience
  • Five years or more of customer facing experience
  • Leadership skills
  • Technical Domain skills in Mobile, IMS Core, NFVI & SDN
  • Basic financial acumen
  • Persuasive, influential, passionate communication mastery
  • Five years or more of telecommunications experience
  • Three years or more of IMS experience
  • RAN or Radio Deployments
  • PMP or Equivalent
  • Understand navigation of Major accounts
  • Prior Experience in rolling out Mobile networks and projects
  • Track record of process improvement
  • Ability to Manage Complex multi-dimensional projects
  • Anticipates and proactively addresses the customer's needs
  • Thinks outside the box and creatively solves problems
  • Demonstrates the ability to respond constructively when under pressure.
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering with a focus on Computer Science or Equivalent Preferred
  • 8-10 years' experience in wireless telecom industry
  • Experience with Tier 1 and 2 Troubleshooting Skills
  • Basic understanding of IMS domain. Understanding of VoLTE call flow and Messaging Flow (SMS/MMS/RCS as well as Unified Communication) from Industry standard perspective
  • Able to effectively work with customers over conference call or face to face to understand the issue details and perform required triage to provide recommendation for next steps
  • Experience in analyzing call flow issues as they are reported with preliminary analysis and provide feedback to R&D with recommendation of changes required
  • Ability to perform design review with R&D/Customer and provide recommendations based on code review
