This role can be remote and located anywhere within the United States.

Position Purpose

The Director, Professional Services Sales in Biller Solutions is responsible for the sales of custom IT professional services including consulting, IT application development & maintenance, IT testing services, website optimization, etc. Fiserv Biller Solutions customers include large corporations in five segments including Utilities, Healthcare, Insurance, Telecommunications, and Banks. This involves selling services into existing Biller Solutions customers, creating sales campaigns, pipeline development and the achievement of a sales quota. This is a unique opportunity where you will be able to build your own territory and team from the ground up. You will focus on selling and delivering client facing software development engagements directly to our clients.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • 5+ years sales experience within a structured sales environment utilizing a professional services sales engagement methodology with strong understanding of technology related fields. Enterprise sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Self-starter, passionate and energetic individual who thrives in a new business development capacity through face to face meetings and presentations.
  • Must have excellent English communication skills
  • Must have formal sales training
  • Ability to travel 40%

Additional Job Responsibilities:

  • Blend industry expertise and Professional Services / Consulting frameworks with existing PS practices to define a go forward Biller PS framework.
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve long-term strategic objectives that drive the company forward.
  • Develop and execute long and short range sales plans to meet and exceed sales objectives as established by the Sales Director.
  • Coordinate pricing and develop and present client proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the Fiserv value proposition.
  • Coordinate with legal resources internally in the negotiation of new agreements with prospective clients

  • Support integrated sales efforts by facilitating cross-sell opportunities with Fiserv clients inside and outside of Biller Solutions.
  • Exceed expectations using clear logical communication and by acting as a strong senior leader in client interactions.
  • Leverage past experience and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients.
  • Ensure that quality targets are meaningful, clearly communicated, monitored and achieved.
  • Remain focused on long-term goals when executing against short-term objectives.
  • Consult to understand how the business works and create innovative strategies to grow business or increase efficiency.
