This leadership position in the Personal Loan (off-card Installment Lending) business within US Customer Management team will lead a team of product managers focused on increasing penetration of personal loans within our existing card members & selective expansion into adjacent customer segments. The position is responsible for driving short & long term strategic road map, managing the capability backlog & ongoing analytics needs for the product. This role will also partner heavily with other functional teams, including risk, finance, pricing, technology, compliance, legal & many more to responsibly & profitably grow US Personal Loan portfolio.



Job Responsibilities:


  • Conceptualize future strategic growth opportunities to build a winning and differentiated value proposition
  • Define and maintain robust capabilities roadmap for the product based on business needs & growth targets
  • Create new insights to inform strategy and solve business problems leveraging data analytics
  • Effectively engage multiple stakeholders & key business partners to drive responsible product growth & deliver financial results
  • Maintain an understanding of the current & evolving industry trends and customer needs to identify & act upon key opportunities in a timely fashion

  • Ability to think big picture coupled with an execution mindset
  • Strong communicator with an ability to establish good working relationships with partners of all levels and with competing priorities
  • Previous experience leading teams & driving strong colleague engagement
  • Strong understanding of loans portfolio dynamics and drivers
  • Knowledge of Agile Lean Startup and New Product Development processes
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver against multiple priorities in a fast-paced, start-up environment
