Gap Inc. is seeking a Director of Product Management, Talent Optimization to reimagine how our field talent is supported and deployed in stores across our family of brands. This individual will report to the Senior Director of Product Management, Stores. This role will create solutions that are grounded in customer research and solve customer and business problems, while delivering earnings to the company and coordinate between brands, technologists, labor managers, HR and senior executives. This role requires you to be very strategic.
We’re seeking a talented, eager, flexible individual with a passion for understanding our business and driving an ambitious agenda for change in the talent space. Responsibilities will include: evolving the roadmap for all aspects of technology supporting talent for our 3,000+ stores. Support to move forward this agenda will be provided by 2-3 Product Managers reporting to this role.
