What you will be responsible for:

  • Build and evangelize HG Data short-term and long-term product vision in close partnership with Customers, Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering with particular emphasis of surfacing our data in third party platforms and workflows primarily for sales and marketing use cases.
  • Lead a product team with focus on data as a product as well as all of the customer touchpoints to that data inclusive of third party platforms and workflows
  • Evolve our product strategy as we transition to a more scalable, repeatable sales model across different user personas and industries
  • Responsible for defining and communicating the product strategy for our go to market product initiatives.
  • Responsible for executing the product strategy and assuring that the product offerings are successful.
  • Identifies and sizes target markets, customer segments, value propositions and use cases.
  • Externally represents the product to HG Data customers.
  • Responsible for competitive analysis and competitive positioning of all products.
  • Leads effective market validation, release, rollout and positioning of all HG Data strategic offerings
  • Define product KPIs and manage all HG Data products through metric and ROI-driven  methods.
  • Create a coherent strategic product roadmap that addresses our channel and direct customers that also enables further product adoption among our mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Assures all product management decisions are justified based on strong financial analysis and business cases
  • Identifies, considers and approves continuous upgrades to product management processes assuring that HG Data is abiding by industry-leading product management processes

What we expect:

  • BA/BS Undergraduatedegree in Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Business or related field. MBA preferred
  • 10+ years product management experience in the B2B software sector with a focus on data, SaaS, freemium, and subscription models
  • Experience in one or more of SalesTech, AdTech, or Martech preferred
  • Experience integrating data with CRM, MAP, or ERP a plus
  • 5+ years in a product management leadership position with budgetary and staffing responsibility
  • Proven track record at early stage, venture-backed tech companies required
  • Ability to thrive in an intense, dynamic, convention-challenging, and high demand start-up environment.
