This position will report into the Senior Director of Product Management who is based in ParTech's Toronto office but is accountable to all cross functional teams within ParTech's R&D organization. Those cross functional teams include development, quality assurance, and dev-ops who all have membership within the teams lead by the product managers.


  • Lead and grow a team of product managers who lead designated Brink software teams
  • Oversight of product planning for the local Brink product teams
  • Oversight of consistent daily prioritization by product managers of team boards
  • Ensure product managers produce quality user stories with articulate customer business and technical requirements
  • You will work closely with other R&D managers to define and maintain a shared product vision and culture
  • You closely cooperate with downstream product and engineering teams at PAR to ensure awareness and alignment of the priority and timing of critical features and changes.
  • Manage team KPIs
  • Ensure proper acceptance of feature completion based on product demos and acceptance criteria
  • Manages creation of product documentation by video, KB articles by your product team


  • 6+ years of experience in software product management
  • 3+ years of experience leading product development teams
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Technically proficient in software development methodology
  • 2+ years working with Jira or a similar software project management tool
  • Experience working with, implementing, adjusting Agile methodologies to fit
  • Excellent English written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strength running efficient and on-time meetings
  • Excellent Presentation skills with experience running C-level meetings with customers
  • Empathy and transparency and sense of urgency
  • Ability to travel up to 6 weeks per year to company events, company offices, vendors located across the USA as well as Canada and Mexico
  • Knowledge of Pragmatic Marketing
  • Point of Sale product experience – hospitality or retail
  • Past restaurant work experience
  • Engagement in continual learning
