The Product Manager is accountable for driving product strategy & roadmap for a specific area of the customer experience online. The candidate owns the product vision & goals, drives product and customer requirements, and works closely with all stakeholders and implementation partners to ensure KPIs are met. The candidate will have a high level of exposure and must have strong leadership capabilities to manage multiple teams while delivering on deadlines and maintaining high quality standards?
Develop product roadmap for defined product to drive results in sales, ROI and the customer experience ?
Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to implementation ?
Continually optimize the product and roadmap, manage prioritization and trade-offs on customer requirements, market landscape, industry trends and investment plan ?
Collaborate with business counterparts and marketing for go to market plans?
Demonstrate leadership and work collaboratively with information systems and business leadership, internal and key external partners to define and deliver product vision ?
Execute product roadmap and accountable for results ?
Continuously identify product gaps, process improvements, and solutions for aligned products ?
Stay current with leading practices and lead product innovation
Minimum of 5years product management experience in eCommerce?
Strong strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills?
Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate to senior executives ?
Strong project management skills ?
Collaborative individual with the ability to get results with a cross-functional team?
Strong decision making skills, utilizing data to inform decisions and identify financial impact ?
