We’re looking for a well-qualified, Director, Product Management (Product Advocate) with a broad business development background and partnership development. The position will be responsible for establishing new markets with new offerings focused on sales to providers and payers. The candidate will be able to identify and evaluate joint-solution opportunities, create compelling marketing programs for go-to-market, to recruit partners, and will work with direct customers and partners. The candidate will also work with internal teams such as Product, Finance, Legal, Sales and Marketing to ensure effective coordination of all activities. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in business development, Healthcare B2B products and 3+ years of involvement in the healthcare market.   • Build business case for new solution offerings
  • Author high-level BRD/MRD documents as needed to open new markets
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and content for selling to existing Edifecs customers and gaining new customers
  • Develop an effective, go-to-market strategy with top tier partners
  • Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plan
  • Build relationships with key contacts at direct customers and at partner organizations
  • Coordinate with product marketing team to embed joint partner solutions into the company’s global marketing campaigns
  • Select and prioritize target customers, use cases and execute marketing and awareness programs including to the target market
  • Identify and execute lead generation programs
  • Create solution whitepapers, messaging and associated collateral
  • Create solution marketing and sales presentations
  • Create Field and channelsales/enablement guides, marketing resources suitable for use by channel partners
  • Work closely with product deliver organization to guide the product direction
  • Track and understand key pricing trends and models used by partner organizations


  • 10+ years of enterprise software experience
  • 5+ years of direct sales or alliance experience 
  • 5+ years of experience within healthcare and public sector industries
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze market research data and identify trends
  • Demonstrated ability to build ROI models and Business cases
  • Ability to communicate and make persuasive presentations effectively at all levels within and outside the organization
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing business cases for senior management after careful evaluation of relevant business alternatives
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and understand solution architectures
  • Demonstrated expertise in all phases of product lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to review product documentation and collateral for content and accuracy
  • Demonstrated program management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in managing expectations of internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching and mentoring teams, including effective hiring and performance management skills
