The Director of CXT Product Management is responsible for leading the product planning and roadmap for the CXT solution suite. This position requires critical thinking and a demonstrated ability for operational strategy execution of a product roadmap. Works on complex problems and works on the interoperability capability among products. Works on issues impacting the conceptual designs, selling and future concepts to generate product solution growth. Often serves as a consultant to management and as an external spokesperson for the product line. Exercises latitude in determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.

This individual must have strong leadership skills to network and manage efforts across the organization, and to develop and articulate the solution strategy. Strength assessing and growing a portfolio are essential. Understanding markets and market dynamic are critical capabilities.

This individual will have associated budgetary responsibility for the products that are assigned to them including managing R&D Cost Centers and ensuring products are delivered within budget targets.


  • Owns, manages, drives and guides product lifecycle over multiple products within a family, including customer satisfaction, finances, and strategy
  • Understands and can communicate customer business problems
  • Effectively communicate, validate and represent (evangelist) product strategy to the customer

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10+ years in healthcare leadership experience or Product Management
  • Demonstrated ability in managing people
  • Must be a strong team player and have good interpersonal skills
  • Must have excellent communication (oral and written) and interface effectively with all levels of management and customer as well as the technical team
  • Proven ability presenting internally and externally to executives

  • Business case creation experience

Additional Knowledge & Skills:

  • Payer experience a plus

Education / Training:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or HealthCare related field preferred
  • Master’s degreepreferred
