Acronym is seeking a director to oversee the product management for a dynamic and fast-paced in-house technology team for our agency. We are looking for an individual who is able to keep our technology focused on business priorities and willing to wear multiple hats as needed.   • Planning strategic direction for technology department to align with the business goals for a search marketing agency 
  • Prioritizing a product roadmap; balancing competing wants and needs across the agency, clients, and technology team 
  • Communicating and evangelizing the strategy and goals to stakeholders and teams 
  • Documentation of products, features, and releases for clients and Acronym stakeholders 
  • Documentation of product specifications for technology team – particularly developers 
  • Research and investigate opportunities, client needs, agency needs, and industry direction 
  • Establish and monitor appropriate measures of success 
  • Assist agency departments with technology-related work (eg: business development demoing the product; client services educating and training clients; marketing coordinating on go-to-market work) 


  • 1 years of experience working as a product manager or similar 
  • Familiarity with digital marketing required; work experience a strong plus 
  • Strong technical familiarity; must be able to communicate effectively with technical team members 
  •  Communication skills essential for working in client-facing roles as well as collaborating with a mostly remote team of technology experts 
  • Familiarity with Agile development life-cycle a plus 
  • BA required 
  • MBA preferred 
  • Occasional travel required for in-person client meetings
