Empirix is looking for a Director of PLM that will trail-blaze the expansion of its market leading Hammer systems for Enterprise Contact Center Assurance. Empirix is a pioneer in the market and its solutions are deployed in the largest contact centers in the world. The Hammer Cloud Platform and Virtual Agents address the full lifecycle of design, verification, staging and monitoring. The company is expanding the platform to encompass the total customer experience as Empirix partners with enterprises in their cloud and digital transformation journeys.
The Contact Center has emerged as a key element in the brand of many enterprises. Over the past decades, the contact center objective moved from “supporting customers” into “connecting with customers.” Today the rise of automation and digital transformation is creating more change in contact center infrastructure and operations. This evolution includes the move to cloud, omnichannel interactions and adoption of natural language processing. More recently, the pandemic has accelerated the adoption of contact center agent work-from-home strategies.
The successful candidate will become a key member of the Enterprise team and be the focal point for product strategy, feature definition and implementation. The role will entail working with engineering, sales, marketing, services, customers and partners throughout the entire product lifecycle. Success in this position will require technical and business acumen, a strong work ethic and a passion to build great relationships with Empirix’s customers and internally within Empirix.
