OVERVIEW
• Responsible for determining and assessing market/product delivery readiness for Digital products in conjunction with GP&S
• Responsible for the project management and delivery of new and complex products/platforms and services
• Partners with the sales teams to ensure clear & required solution definition for the client with a proposed implementation plan
• Acts as the knowledge expert on new and complex digital products and the most effect means of delivery
• Be the subject matter expert on all API led product execution, including those outside of the Digital product set
• Oversees development of delivery process maps and training materials that articulate all assets and functions to be coordinated
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leads assigned product delivery projects to ensure contractual objectives and delivery on-time
• Develops delivery strategies that integrate multiple Mastercard products and services into a single, coordinated effort
• Contributes to enhancements to the Product Delivery Best Practices methodology
• Analyzes and validates market readiness and implement ability of Mastercard's key products and services
• Acts as central point of contact for Mastercard representatives
• Ensures customer satisfaction is measured through regular implementation administration of post-implementation and in-progress reviews
• Develops qualitative and quantitative implementation benchmarks for all product areas supported to maximize staff effectiveness
• Applies advanced technical capabilities within own discipline to coach and develop technical talent and project teams
• Helps identify, coach and groom top talent and pro-actively develops employees as organizational resources

JOB SPECIFIC EXPERIENCES
• Extensive experience and demonstrated consistent success in project management including managing delivery teams across multiple team/geographies.
• Demonstrates initiative in creating go-to-market product strategies, often partnering with Product Sales
• Demonstrated expertise in project management methodology and at least one specialized area of Product Delivery
• API developer experience and
• Extensive experience in Digital Products

BROADENING EXPERIENCES
• Experience in new program/product launch across multiple markets/countries
• Experience assessment market readiness across multiple markets/countries
