    • Product ownership of a B2B development team Engineer, QA, and Data Analyst
    • Interact with B2B Clients to understand and execute on operational needs
    • Work with key Sales and Customer Success stakeholders in understanding the pre and post sales process, and in supporting any needs signing up or engaging with clients
    • Manage the B2B Product roadmap with alignment on vision, KPIs, and strategy with the Head of Product 
    • Work closely with Product Analysts to analyze feature performance and user behavior to drive roadmap decisions
    • Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups together with the UX and Product Design teams
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams consisting of Business Development, UX Designers, Product Designers, Engineering, Content and Marketing to effectively design project plans based on priorities, set clear and measurable objectives, and deploy team resources appropriately to achieve business goals
    • Understand the competitive landscape for Headspace and use it to shape B2B Strategy
    • Manage multiple assignments and align them with business priorities & deadlines.
    • The position is based in San Francisco and will require travel to Headspace headquarters in Santa Monica, CA

What you’ve accomplished:

    • 7-10 years of experience in Product Management with a focus on B2B and/or SaaS  products. Experience in health-related products is a plus
    • Strong project management skills with an ability to lead a development team
    • Fluency in data analysis, and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent written, communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail, with an ability to effectively present to executive staff and key stakeholders
    • Ability to create design documents that include product specifications and design wireframes 
    • Previous experience in working with and coordinating large-scale projects across teams is a strong plus
    • Strong passion for creating engaging and high quality experiences
    • Ability to deconstruct industry and competitor trends to inform roadmap
    • Past experience in managing teams is a strong plus
    • BA/BS degree
    • MBA preferred
