What’s the Role:


The ATI Practice Partnerships Team is responsible for growing ATI's referral volume into our clinics. The team accomplishes this through promotion of ATI's values and services to physicians and their staff. The team focuses on facilitating a relationship with each office by engaging key stakeholders within the office, developing a deep understanding of the physician’s practice and key pain points and by customizing account plans to drive relationship growth. Our goal is to differentiate ATI Physical Therapy with targeted and segmented messages and activities. We execute with integrity and are guided by the ATI Core Values, the ATI Way for Sales and the Compliance policy, while keeping the patients' needs and positive experience as our ultimate focus.

Your Purpose at ATI:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance within a selected region or geographical area/market through a combination of active management/coaching of a highly focused sales force and direct account-level selling activities. As the Director you are tasked with removing organizational roadblocks that inhibit field sales from effectively doing their job. This can be done through constant collaboration across the business. You will be a key gateway between local area management and field sales while constantly keeping a pulse on the market and providing feedback back into the organization.

What’s Cool About This Job

-  Coach and mentor local area Practice Partners by working individually with each partner to plan, prioritize and execute against a set of objectives

- Manage to the successful achievement of the local budgetary requirements

- Directly manage a moderate set of local accounts (~100 physicians per month)

-  Utilize both CRM and proprietary data systems reporting to actively track and measure the effectiveness of sales activities and outcomes. Work with local Practice Partners as a first-line of defense to help them understand how to use the data to improve their performance

-  Participate in the development of short and long range sales plans for the area and hold Practice Partners accountable for success within their individual territories

- Create a collaborative, team-based environment that makes the organization an attractive place for high-performing Practice Partners to work

- Actively participate in the hiring, on-boarding, development and retention of the Practice Partners within the area

What You Need to be Successful:


- Experience using evidence-based, data-driven approaches to guide selling activities and day-to-day activities

-  Recognized by others as a strong communicator and collaborator. Enjoys coaching and mentoring others through challenging sales situations and complex selling environments

- Experience marketing or selling relationship-based services in a start-up, early-stage, or rapidly expanding business

- Ability to manage direct accounts independently without significant assistance

- 5-10+ years of sales experience in a service-based industry, ideally in healthcare but not a requirement
