Job Description

Southern Tennessee Regional Health System - Winchester

This position isresponsible for planning, organizing, supervising, coordinating and controlling the activities of the plant operations and maintenance functions which are necessary in maintaining the physical structures, HVAC,mechanical,electricalsystems, utility systems and grounds of this facility in an operative and safe working condition.

Job Requirements

Minimum Education:Bachelor's degree preferred, minimum of an associate's degree or equivalent from two (2) years college or technical school.Required Skills:. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is required. Licenses/CertificationsMay be required to meet certain certifications in field.Three years of experience as a Director preferred.
