DUTIES: Designs, plans, coordinates, implements and administers services within the Engineering/Plant Operations Dept. on a 24 hour basis. The incumbent is guided by a broad knowledge of hospital information systems, and familiarity with the organization's functions, as well as knowledge of principles of management and supervision. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. 7-10 years progressive experience in supervision, maintenance, and construction. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Basic knowledge of cost accounting, information systems and technology, marketing, regulatory agency requirements, establishment of staffing patterns and schedules. Initiative, vision, creativity and flexibility a plus.
