Responsible for all day-to-day operations and strategic direction for the health system's physician practice services organization, Regional Health Management Corporation. He/she is responsible for all business and clinical practice which includes:

physician contract and compensation management, all practice operations, revenue cycle, physician billing/collections, personnel management, preparation of operating and capital budgets, development and monitoring of systems for patient registration, maintenance of medical records, development of policies and procedures, and strategic oversight of new practice development. Oversees 11 practice locations.

Oversees all functions of ambulatory operations included, but not limited to scheduling, registration, referral management, patient financial advocacy, accounts payable, health information, provider recruitment, imaging, laboratory, and clinical services.  Serves as a liaison to health system service departments that provide and/or support these services.

Oversees and ensures efficient clinic operations, ensuring a high level of patient care, quality, service, and productivity.
Responsible for financial and budget performance of physician practices.
Develops, manages, and is accountable for annual operating and capital budgets.  Controls expenditures within approved budget.
Responsible for the overall patient experience and resolves any patient concerns in a timely manner.
Performs human resource responsibilities.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, or other related field.

Five years of senior management experience in a physician practice setting with ideally at least ten years healthcare experience. Ideally, have experience in a hospital owned multi-specialty practice setting as well.

Requires a thorough understanding of medical practice management, regulatory standards, how private and hospital owned physician practices operate and legal aspects of physician contracting (Stark, compliance, fraud and abuse, etc.),

Demonstrated leadership in a practice management environment with strong financial and reimbursement experience.
