Responsible for overall administration of the Baptist Health Medical Group (“BHMG”) associated physician offices. Develops and implements strategic, tactical and performance improvement plans to support current operations and future growth. Collaborates with physicians and practice managers to facilitate high quality, cost-effective patient care. Shares in accountability for financial performance of designated sites. Aligns key supporting teams within Baptist Health to define objectives and achieve targeted goals. Interfaces and/or develops appropriate programs and/or services within designated service lines. Able to communicate effectively and implement system-wide initiatives (HR, Marketing…). Supports BHSF IT as well as BHMG members with implementation of electronic systems. Contributes to growth and profitability by providing operational expertise to existing and potential physician practices. Ensures practice management and operations are conducted in a manner consistent with Baptist Health mission, vision, and service standards.


Minimum Required Experience: 5 Years. Bachelor’s degree required.
