The health and well-being of our region’s pediatrics patients is one of our top priorities. Our Women’s and Children’s service line encompasses the following departments: 19 bed Antepartum High Risk Labor and Delivery, 22 bed Labor and Delivery, 10 bed Obstetrics Triage, 49 bed Postpartum, 84 bed level 3 Neonatal ICU (NICU), 10 bed Pediatrics, and another 10 beds dedicated to Pediatrics ICU (PICU).



Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the development, coordination, and administration of Fresno Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Services program in accordance with CMC mission and goals.
  • Serves as liaison to physicians, medical groups, hospital staff, community, and vendors.
  • Responsible for overseeing maintenance of high quality patient care in medical, surgical, and maternal units.
  • The primary objective of this position is to work with medical and hospital staff to coordinate the delivery of comprehensive, conveniently available, high quality, cost effective maternal services within Fresno Community Medical Center.



Qualifications:

Necessary skills for this role include:

  • At least five years of hospital nursing experience including at least two years in a Community or Regional NICU.
  • Two years experience in a management role.
  • Master's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or Health Care Administration.
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in California.
