The Director of Patient Experience is responsible to build, lead, and maintain a culture of high performance that elevates and focuses upon the patient experience built on the Mission of OSF and using relevant data, evidence and leadership methodologies across all of OSF HealthCare. This role is responsible to design, develop and enable successful execution of patient experience strategies and approaches for an organizational culture that achieves and sustains exceptional patient experience. This leader is accountable for a consistent, collaborative organizational strategy which assures that all leaders are active owners of patient experience for a culture which delivers safe, respectful, courteous, efficient, and effective care, with high reliability.
