Job Description:

The Director of Patient Access manages and coordinates all activities in Patient Access, providing a quality service to patients, physicians and ancillary areas. Promotes learning on updated P & P, technology, systems and additional services being offered by the facility. Achieves improved patient satisfaction through strong customer service skills while adhering to compliance guidelines, P & P, etc. Direct of System wide consistency and standardization of work flow, policy, procedures, technology and people. Reviews and evaluates employee/manager performance in accordance with Performance standards. Leads and directs teamwork initiatives throughout Patient Access and with all down stream customers, physicians, physician offices and patients. Director and challenger of change. Role model for "doing the right thing."


  • One year management in patient access
  • Bachelor Degree


  • Three years management in patient access
