The Director Outpatient Services Behavioral Health is a key member of Heritage Oaks Hospital Leadership Team who will integrate and coordinate a patient centric strategies with a keen focus on patient care; ensuring that delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements. The Director Outpatient Services Behavioral Health is accountable for leadership and strategic management of the Outpatient Services Program with oversight for the West Sacramento and Roseville Location. In collaboration with the Medical Director and the clinical staff, this position assesses, develops, implements and evaluates program philosophy, goals, objectives, and treatment interventions. This position provides the leadership necessary for successful program development and maintenance through appropriate, organized, and program focused referral development activities. The Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health participates in the hospital' strategic planning and contributes to the achievement of institutional goals and objectives.
Education: Master's Degree in social work/mental health/behavioral sciences field preferred.
Experience: Minimum five (5) years experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years in a lead/managerial capacity.
Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
