Job Overview Lead the Global SVE (System Validation & Emulation) and CAD Engineering Operations team in a high visibility role to drive worldwide operations and decision making in collaboration with executive management. Responsibilities:Managing SVE lab operations - lab equipment planning, acquisition, deployment, and inventory.

Emulation HW procurement, installation and tracking.

Engaging vendors in strategic partnership, supply chain management, post contract tracking to delivery.

License management and tracking

Tracking vendor supplied resources/consultants, including on-boarding and off-boarding.

Tracking and managing training costs (EDA tool training classes and other)

SOW project tracking and cost management

Interlock with IT engineering compute team to optimize resource and license utilization.

Global headcount tracking and planning for the entire organization.

Coordinating key CAD, Emulation and Validation strategic initiatives and resourcing.

Managing annual budget process, quarterly outlook, variance analysis for all expense elements (capital and non-capital acquisition, travel, etc.).

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field OR Associate's degree with 2 years of relevant work experience OR High School diploma with 4 years of relevant experience.

In addition, 8+ years Engineering Operations experience or related work experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications 15+ years Engineering Operations experience in:Contracts, vendor management, licensing and silicon related operations.

Relationship building skills across organizations within large corporations.

Headcount/resource planning processes, and systems.

Data analytics/reporting tools.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Self-motivated team player able to work autonomously, prioritize responsibilities, and take initiative on solving issues as they arise.

Strong process improvement background.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Managed budgets larger than $100M

Supported operations for engineering organization larger than 500 engineers.

Education Requirements Required: Bachelor's, Science, Engineering or Business.

Preferred: Master's, Engineering or Business.
