You will direct and teach leadership how to build and sustain culture that supports the company's values and enhances performance, as well as develop operational strategies that enhance the skill set of leadership and front line team members and allow them to achieve sustained results and positive morale. In addition, you will implement effective change management techniques in a growth oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supports operational leadership teams with expertise in change management and execution of operational strategies, diagnostics, and resource navigation for solutions that drive organization, team, and leader effectiveness, including performance management, change management, employee engagement, client and patient experience
  • Develops/maintains Operations' coaching system, supporting roll out and sustainability of included competencies, technology and processes
  • Implements and sustains Operations' listening strategy and engagement processes to ensure employee experience goals are aligned with business performance goals
  • Work with leadership teams to implement department specific goals, design and champion best practices, work with HR to develop/select tools and resources, and establish measurement plans for organizational and site leadership effectiveness
  • Ensure leadership is implementing programs that reinforce and reward employee contributions to Operations' success and creates a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring business outcomes and cultural objectives are supported through the entire employee life-cycle from on-boarding through exit
  • Partner closely with site leadership teams, HR Business Partner team, and key stakeholders

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Organization Effectiveness/Development, Organizational Theory, Industrial Engineering or Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field
  • 5 years Organizational Effectiveness experience, including 3 years leadership; or any combination of education and experience
  • Experience leading a center of expertise required
  • Experience in the use of specific organization efficiency tools such as process/journey mapping, role and organization redesign, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing or Six Sigma
  • Experience in working cross functionally in driving change across work-streams in a position that leads, mentors and coaches other leaders to effectively implement and sustain a culture of workplace happiness that cares for Associates, Customers and meets operational productivity goals and strategies
