Department Description

We are seeking a highly passionate and motivated Product Management Leader to join the Global Services Offer Management team to lead creation and execution of our Service Portfolio of Offers. This global role will help drive the business growth and adoption of services across MSI.


The right candidate would understand key support needs and trends in Public Safety & Commercial markets and guide a team of product managers to develop new offers as well as evolve the current portfolio to meet current needs and evolving trends.


The successful candidate will work internally with stakeholders, and externally with partners and customers to define strategically aligned roadmaps. He/ she will: gather and prioritize product and customer requirements; define the offer vision and structure. Additionally, this individual will be working closely the with marketing, cross business unit Product Engineering/Development, service delivery organizations, Sales, Legal and Finance along with their peers in offer management to define the product roadmap and execute on it..

Job Description

  • Define portfolio strategy with sustainable differentiation across the MSI portfolio, and creation of new services lead AsAService only offerings.
  • Develop a broad and deep portfolio based on customer needs, competitive and market analysis.
  • Develop roadmap and Go to Market models.
  • Participate in all product management activities, including market sizing, competitive analysis, SWOT analysis, opportunity analysis and launch of new capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain a Source Book for all base content and messaging background to be used for collateral development, competitive positioning, Sales training, Partner enablement, and corporate marketing.
  • Experience leading and/or delivering, solutions/ outcome based services.
  • Ability to interface with Customers, Channel Partners, Senior Leaders, Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managers.
  • Marketplace knowledge of key industry players and competitors as well as their offerings.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Excellent analytical skills to transform market knowledge into actionable plans that produce results.
  • Adept at project/portfolio management.
  • Exceptional verbal, writing, and presentation skills.

Basic Requirements

Bachelors Degree and 7+ years of experience
