The Director of Digital Consumer Engagement and Channel Management oversees the B2C digital presence and activities of our company. As a digital director, you will drive website traffic, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, monitor and interpret analytic data, and optimize search across the ecosystem. Also, in scope is the oversight of our consumer loyalty platform and consumer help function.
To be successful, you should possess excellent marketing skills and demonstrate strong leadership abilities. A skilled digital director should have extensive knowledge of the digital ecosystem and be able to implement digital marketing strategies that result in increased revenue and consumer lifetime value.

Leads implementation and evaluation of product/service offerings, brands, and/or inhouse signature and national brands. Deploys and monitors Brand Strategies. Utilizes information from market research, sales, vendors and units to make recommendations that improve quality, sales and profitability. Develops and maintains tools for training, evaluation and quality assurance of operational programs. Provides input to the marketing leads regarding opportunities for product/service or brand enhancements.
