•    Drive the vision, strategic direction, expectations, annual and long-term objectives for the warehouse operations
•    Develop strong partnerships with all front office functions to include Sales, Retail/Ecommerce, Procurement and Logistics as related to fulfillment and logistics impacting on-time performance
•    Champion efficiency ideas, cost saving initiatives and assist with implementation of changes within areas of responsibility including new technologies or processes and the capital purchase analysis and support
•    Manage 3PL productivity on a daily/weekly/monthly basis including invoicing and budgeting
•    Responsible for all aspects of distribution for Puma North America, Inc.
•    Produce metrics, KPI’s and reporting for upper management 
•    Working with 3PL, discover and implement facility standardization and process improvement or corrective actions to resolve issues across all modes of distribution
•    Train and develop seven direct reports including a team of analysts supporting the WMOS Application.  This includes the recruitment and training of team members, as well as ensuring ongoing skills development and coaching is provided to improve job performance and enable inpiduals to grow to their potential.
•    Ability to manage day-to-day operations while also participating in long-term system and network projects, small and large in scale



  • Extensive warehousing, inventory management, cross-dock, returns, and pick and pack experience in automated environments, preferred
  • Ability to work well in high pressure EOM/EOQ situations
  • Strong communication, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent team managing skills including mentoring and developing of employees
  • Positive and energetic approach to daily functions
  • Preferred Manhattan WMS technical experience (5 years)
  • Proficient at Excel and otherMS Applications; PowerBI and otherreporting tools desired
