Director of Treasury / Counter - Party Capital Markets
Company: Growing Alternative Asset Manager with over $20 Billion of AUM spread across multiple platforms. The platform includes private equity, growth equity, real estate, debt/credit and lending.
Credit Fund Investment Manager seeks Cap Markets Pro to manage modeling, sourcing, negotiating and implementing leverage facilities against a portfolio of credit assets, private equity fund commitments, and single asset debt financing, SDA, Swaps, Revolving lines, Treasury
Products include: Direct lending facilities, such as Revolving Credit, Facilities, TRS and Repo Structures; Capital call subscription lines, establishing prime brokerage accounts, and CLO type of securitization.
Assist in the negotiation and execution of complex financing transactions including: TRS, Repo, subscription lines, CLO and CMBS structures and senior debt leverage financing to support the financing of our equity strategies
Monitor existing portfolios and develop analytic models to monitor analyze, and optimize portfolio leverage and performance.
Develop, maintain and produce the compliance and reporting of portfolios
Work with Finance and Treasury teams to ensure execution of related accounting / ops functions at close and ongoing utilization of credit facilities.
Assist in the process to source and underwrite financing for non-mainstream acquisitions, dividend recaps, bridge financing and revolvers either because of the underlying asset class, historical performance or unique structure
Support in maintaining and enhancing lender relationships across a broad array of financial institutions including corporate and investment banks, credit funds, sovereign wealth funds CLO and BDC managers, pensions and insurers
Work closely with individuals across deal teams and across functions throughout the firm
Build and maintain a library of debt terms of transactions and database of deal economics
Must have experience with senior loanunderwriting in predominantly corporate loans, real estate, FX and Interest Swap
Strong DCM financial modeling skills for portfolios and single assets and with experience in negotiating, executing and monitoring / reporting on loan agreements.
Primary focus will be US markets and transactions with the potential to support the global platform, including Europ
Successful applicants will likely have experience at a Capital Markets team at a PE firm, debt/credit capital markets banking, structured finance
Experience with underwriting credit, structured finance, corporate finance and portfolioasset management
Strong financial excel modeling
Degree, MBA / CFA
