The Director of Training for this innovative and evolving QSR concept is a new corporate position that will play an integral role in contributing to the success of the company. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Director of Training will evaluate, design, and implement employee professional development and learning/training programs with the goal of creating great teachers at every level so that employees can earn all the rewards and advancement opportunities that they deserve. This position will combine restaurant knowledge, training expertise, and a hands-on leadership style that includes teaching, empowering, and inspiring others to reach their highest potential. Additionally, the Director of Training will lead a passionate department of 5-6 who are eager to learn and contribute to the company's commitment to having a best-in-class training department.

Requirements:

Minimum of five years of progressive responsibility in the training department for a multi-unit restaurant company

Bachelor's degree in business, communications, organizational behavior, liberal arts or related experience

Quick Service restaurant operations experience is required

Experience with training delivery systems including learning management systems, webinars, workshops, seminars, and reading materials

Strong writing skills and knowledge of instructional design; prior experience creating training programs and workshops is essential

Adept and comfortable facilitating group discussions and presenting workshops for groups of 25 - 100

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all levels

Effective communicator, both up and down the chain of command

Salary

$121K to 143K
$110K to $130K base, Benefits, 401K match bonus
