We are seeking an experienced Training and Talent Development professional to lead the Training function for a growing organization. The Director of Training and Development will own everything from the creation/curation of training curricula to the management of succession planning programs. This is a strategic position which will partner closely with functional leadership throughout the business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing development programs (from management development to performance management) and a passion for coaching leadership. You should have experience not only designing and implementing strategies, but also tracking their success and partnering with executives.
Necessary years' experience: 7+ years
Education Requirements:Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred.
