Five (5) years of experience in organization development or human resources is required including five (5) years of management or supervisory experience.
Demonstrated expertise in executive/leadership assessment, development, and succession and performance management with a proven track record of implementing processes that have increased organization bench strength.
Demonstrated expertise in performance management, learning management and administration, and talent management. Has demonstrated ability to influence. Knowledge of recruitment, performance and learning management systems and advanced computer skills.
SHRM Certification highly preferred
