  • Demonstrated expertise in executive/leadership assessment, development, and succession and performance management with a proven track record of implementing processes that have increased organization bench strength.

  • Demonstrated expertise in performance management, learning management and administration, and talent management. Has demonstrated ability to influence. Knowledge of recruitment, performance and learning management systems and advanced computer skills.

  • Directs andmanages thedesignandimplementationoflearningandtalentmanagement strategies, systems, processes and programs, while ensuring alignment and support of OrlandoHealth'sstrategicdirectionandbusinesssystems.

  • Develops,socializesandgainssupportfor the organization'slearningandtalentstrategy, direction,programsandprocesses.

  • Differentiates best practices that supports corporate strategy and will move the organization forward, applies innovation and promotes technology and inter-professional collaborativepractice.

  • Advisesonbestpracticesandallaspectsoftalentmanagement,talent systemsandHRstrategy.

  • Servesasaninfluentialvoiceforlearningandtalentstrategies,philosophies,andinitiatives within theorganization.

  • Provides direction to manager and team of professional eLearning design and system consultants responsible for the effective coordination, planning and evaluation of virtual learningprogramstoensureeffectivenessandefficiencyinlearning.

  • Partners with internal teams and executives to understand their objectives and play a key role in talent planning. Gives feedback on a variety of topics including retention, engagement, and work culture to achieve maximum organizationaleffectiveness.
