The Director of Support serves Pindrop in a multi-capacity role. This role will need to develop strong relationships with Engagement Management, Delivery, Product and Engineering providing the technical insight of the issues associated with Pindrop's sustaining customer base. Our Customer Success team manages smooth deployments and ensures our clients receive prompt, courteous, and expert technical assistance. This role requires a deep understanding of Pindrop's product offering and its operationalization in the customer's environment.
